1. Digital Courses & Software
Because of the digital nature of our educational courses, tutorials, and premium software platforms (including the Innovation Lab), all sales of digital products are generally considered final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, or if you accidentally purchased a duplicate item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. DIY Robotics & Hardware Kits
We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical DIY hardware kits. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that custom-built or personalized kits cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your DIY kit arrives damaged or is missing critical components, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement part or a full replacement kit to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and components in your email to help us expedite the process.
